How does the credit system work?

Credits are consumed each time you generate an image or video. The number of credits used depends on the model, resolution, and generation type chosen. You receive starter credits when you sign up for free — no payment required. Additional credits can be purchased or unlocked through a subscription plan.

What AI models are available?

Nexus AI provides access to 70+ state-of-the-art AI models including leading image generation models (Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Ideogram, and others) and video generation models (Kling, Runway, and more). We continually add new models as they become available.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Yes. You retain full rights to the content you generate on Nexus AI and may use it for commercial purposes. Please review our Terms of Service for full details. Note that some underlying model licenses may have their own usage restrictions.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credit balance reaches zero, generation will be paused until you top up. You can purchase additional credit packs from your dashboard or upgrade to a subscription plan. No content or history is lost when credits run out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Account → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on unused credits.

What file formats are supported?

Generated images are delivered as PNG or JPEG depending on the model. Videos are delivered as MP4. Reference image uploads support PNG, JPEG, and WEBP formats.

Is there a free tier?

Yes — Nexus AI is free to start with no trial period required. Every new account receives starter credits upon sign-up. You can generate images and videos immediately without entering payment details.

How long does generation take?

Most image generations complete in 5–30 seconds. Video generation typically takes 1–5 minutes. Subscribers enjoy priority queue access for faster results during peak periods.

Can I use reference images?

Yes. Many models on Nexus AI support reference image input (img2img, ControlNet, style transfer). You can upload a reference image directly in the studio or drag an image from your gallery to the reference slot.

What is the maximum image resolution?

Maximum resolution depends on the model selected. Most models support up to 1024×1024 or higher. Some premium models support 2048×2048 or higher resolutions, which consume more credits per generation.
