Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexus AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with material changes notified by updating the effective date on this page.

2. Service Description

Nexus AI is a credit-based AI image and video generation platform. Users can generate images and videos using a variety of state-of-the-art AI models. The Service is provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis using a credit system. New accounts receive starter credits at no cost — no trial period required.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Credit System and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images or videos. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire for active accounts. Subscription plans renew monthly and include credits that refresh each billing period. Unused credits from a period do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds and cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
  • Generate sexually explicit or NSFW content without explicit written permission.
  • Generate deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real, identifiable people without their consent.
  • Infringe on any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to or disrupt any part of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond our official API.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to any restrictions from underlying model licences. Commercial use of generated content is permitted. You grant Nexus AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your generated content to deliver the Service. Nexus AI retains all rights in the platform, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised depictions of minors.
  • Content designed to facilitate real-world violence or terrorism.
  • Non-consensual deepfakes or intimate imagery of real people.
  • Disinformation or synthetic media designed to deceive at scale.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Credits consumed due to Service errors will be refunded — contact support within 7 days of the incident.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
