Clear and fair. Here is exactly what is and is not refundable on Nexus AI.
Used Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits that have already been consumed generating images or videos cannot be refunded. This applies to both purchased credit packs and subscription credits.
Failed Generations Do Not Consume Credits
If a generation fails due to a model error or Service issue, credits are not deducted. Credits are only consumed upon successful completion of a generation.
Technical Errors — Credit Restoration
If a technical error causes incorrect credit deduction, contact our support team within 7 days of the incident. We will review the issue and restore credits where appropriate. Include your account email and the approximate time of the error.
Subscription Refunds — Within 48 Hours
If you purchase a subscription plan and have not used any of the included credits, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After credits have been used or the 48-hour window has passed, no refund will be issued for the subscription fee.
Cancelled Subscription — Prorated Refund
If you cancel an active subscription and have unused credits remaining from that billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Contact billing support within 7 days of cancellation to request this.
